Transparent Guidelines for Our Learners
Eligibility & Conditions
- Refunds are applicable only for YCB-certified Yoga programs (200-hour, 500-hour, 1000-hour) within the specified timeframe.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of enrollment or payment.
- Refunds are processed only for cancellations due to valid reasons, such as medical emergencies or program unavailability.
- No refunds will be issued after the program has started or after the 7-day window has passed.
- Non-refunded fees include administrative charges, registration fees, and third-party processing fees.

Simple Steps for Refund Requests
Submit Request
Email your refund request to refunds@taknikishiksha.org.in with enrollment details and reason.
Review
Our team reviews the request within 5-7 business days for eligibility verification.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
Confirmation
Receive confirmation via email once the refund is successfully completed.
Terms & Conditions
Key Information for Refund Requests
- All refund requests must include valid proof of enrollment and payment details.
- Refunds are subject to deduction of administrative and processing fees (up to 10% of the program fee).
- Refunds will not be processed for non-attendance or personal scheduling conflicts after the 7-day period.
- Takniki Shiksha reserves the right to deny refunds for requests not meeting eligibility criteria.
- For international students, refunds will be processed in INR, subject to currency conversion rates.
