Guidelines for Our Learners
General Terms
- By enrolling in Takniki Shiksha’s YCB-certified Yoga programs, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
- Participants must meet eligibility criteria (age, health conditions) as specified for each program.
- All program fees must be paid in full before the start date unless otherwise agreed.
- Takniki Shiksha reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or instructors with prior notice.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining respectful conduct during online and in-person sessions.

Payment Obligations
Full payment is required before program commencement. Installment plans, if available, must be agreed upon in writing.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, with requests processed within 7 days of enrollment for valid reasons.
Non-Transferable Fees
Program fees are non-transferable to other individuals or programs unless explicitly permitted.
Currency & Taxes
All payments are processed in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes. International students bear conversion fees.
Intellectual Property & Content
Protecting Our Resources
- All course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Takniki Shiksha Vidyaan Council.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without written permission.
- Use of Takniki Shiksha’s logo, trademarks, or branding requires prior approval.
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in termination of program access.
Dispute Resolution & Contact
Resolving Issues Fairly
- Any disputes arising from program participation will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in [City, India].
